Team development

Customer service training
Program consists of five modules that include:
What is customer service? This module will provide you with tools to use every customer interaction to not only add value and solidify business relationships but to feel comfortable in engaging with and ensure return of business through excellence.
• Communication skills: This module focusses on the importance of communication in your day-to-day operation and covers the various methods and tools for effective communication.
•  Customer impressions: This module will focus on creating a memorable first and lasting impression, thus ensuring return customers. 
•  Goal achieving: In this module we provide an insight and visibility as to your role in achieving company goals. 
•  Caring for your team: Demonstrating concern for your team members leads to engagement. In turn, this is what drives productivity and success. By caring, we help to build the trust that high-functioning teams require. This module will help you to identify simple, effective ways to demonstrate how much you value your team.
Duration: Single modules of this program can be offered. Alternatively, the program can be offered in its entirety as a 5-module program.
Timeframe for each module is 60 – 90 minutes.

Managing emotions: As we explore how emotions can be managed, we will also focus on the negative impact if not managed correctly. We will discuss the various techniques to help you manage your emotions and improve your emotional intelligence.

Stress management: The importance of stress management is illustrated in this program. Tools and techniques will be provided to prevent burnout and manage stress.

Diversity: This program provides an insight into diversity in the workplace and further focuses on the unique benefits and opportunities this adds to your organization. 
Duration: Once-off class

Policies and procedures: The program will provide an insight into the various policies and procedures that is specifically related to your workplace. (This could be included in your onboarding program.)
Duration: Program could be offered in either a combination of Policies and Procedures or can be covered individually.
Timeframe: Depends on volume of information

Performance management: This course is specifically geared towards those who require a greater understanding and knowledge of the performance management system of your company.
Duration: Program could be offered in either in one or two sessions
Timeframe: 120 minutes (two sessions of 60 minutes each)

Performance Management: This is a three-part program focussing on:

Goal setting: To accomplish a task, it is very often easier if you set small goals. In this course you will obtain the skill to focus, choose your goals and write them down.
Duration: 60 minutes

Leadership for each generation: To effectively lead and communicate across generations, a focus on generational uniqueness and differences is vital. This program focusses on:
•  Generational groups and their characteristics
•  Providing tools and solutions when faced with intergenerational leadership challenges
•  Tools to effectively lead a variety of generations.
Duration: 90 minutes

Leading through change: The one consistency in life is ongoing change. Now more than ever, being able to effectively lead through change, is a vital element of leadership. This program is designed to help you effectively lead your team through change in the workplace.
Duration: 90 minutes

Building credibility and trust as a leader: According to John Maxwell, credibility can be described as a leader’s currency. With it, leaders are solvent; without it, they are bankrupt. This program will provide you with tools to assist in building and maintaining your credibility and then building trust-relationships with your team members.
Duration: 2 hours
Timeframe: Program can either be offered over a 2-week period or best fit to your requirements

Communicating as a leader: “Talk is easy, everyone talks. The question is, how can you make your words count?” (John Maxwell). Employees demand of leaders to be effective in their communication, clear in their goal setting, and decisive in their feedback. The program will provide tools to better navigate both verbal and non-verbal communication and effectively deliver the message required.
Duration: 90 minutes

A legacy of … building your legacy:  In this program we will look at the elements that build a legacy and ultimately, what is the legacy you want to leave. 
Duration: 90 minutes

How to: This program is aimed at all new leader and will provide you with additional tools that will sharpen your skill set:
•   Presentation skills: learn how to create and deliver an effective presentation by developing your presentation skills and levels of confidence when delivering your message
•   Effective meetings: learn how to conduct effective meetings, sharing information that is important and the art of keeping meetings impactful
•   Time management: understand the importance of managing time effectively, the ways in which time is wasted, and get tips on effective time management.
