Lynné van Rensburg, the Owner of UKUHAMA consulting, is a seasoned HR Executive with a career spanning over 28 years in the Hospitality, Tourism and Travel Industries. She has managed HR Operations for various Fortune 500 Companies (Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean International, Princess Cruises). She provides consultation that covers the full spectrum of the human resource lifecycle and by fostering collaborative efforts balances company culture, business objectives and legal requirements. Lynné is a qualified HR Professional, specialising in HR Management and Training Management. She is also a PPA Practitioner and holds a facilitator accreditation from the John Maxwell Institute for Leadership Development (Maxwell Leadership™).
